Yes. Halo Go is designed for light to hit the skin around the eyes, not directly into the eye itself. Even so, if you have any specific eye condition, we recommend consulting with your specialist before using it.

Ten minutes a day is enough. The device turns off automatically when the session is complete, so you don't have to keep track of the time.

Everyone is different, but many users report noticing their eye contour skin looking more rested after several weeks of consistent use. As with any skincare routine, the key is daily consistency, not a single session.

It usually lasts between 1.5 and 4 hours of continuous use, depending on the battery capacity and light intensity.

With contact lenses, there's no problem. If you wear prescription glasses, the Halo Go can be worn separately during the session (it's not designed to be worn over other glasses at the same time).
